The first step is to determine whether the switching power supply is properly connected (the driving washing car checks whether the charging battery and equipment are properly connected, which is most easily ignored).
Is there no electricity to show the working voltage needed for the operation of the washing car?
Because the washing car has the software of over-voltage protection system to maintain the normal operation of the hardware configuration. When the work is abnormal, the software of over-voltage protection system will automatically stop working to avoid further damage to the hardware configuration. It can be repaired by turning on the power switch after stopping the washing car for a period of time.
When the circuit board fault is found, it must be carried out by the technical professional after-sales service elite team of the manufacturer of the washing car, and there is no need to repair without authorization.
(2) Failure of washing machine in operation
1. Check whether the power switch of the liposuction motor of the cleaning machine is on. If the rechargeable battery of the washing machine is used up, the battery must be charged.
2. The waste water tank of the floor washer is full and the waste water is discharged.
3. Check whether the power plug connection of the dust removal motor of the floor washer is proper.
4. If the breathing motor of the washing car is damaged, remove and replace the breathing motor, and the safety tube of the washing car motor is burnt out. Find out the cause and replace it with a new safety tube.

(3) , floor washer failure - insufficient water absorption:
1. Check whether the waste water tank of the washing car is properly covered. If cover is not good, adsorptive force can suffer harm.
2. Check whether the scraper is too damaged, and change it to the other side or replace it with a new one;
3. Whether the scraper is close to the road or not, the angle of view of the scraper can be adjusted to achieve the ideal practical effect;
4. Check whether the suction pipe is blocked by dirt. If it is blocked, wipe it with dry towel;
5. The water level of the waste water tank of the floor washer is higher than that of the vacuum suction cup, which may also harm the moisture absorption.
(4) Floor washing car fault: brush plate does not rotate:
1. Check whether the power switch on the operation panel of the floor washer is on.
2. Some safety tubes of automatic washing machines will be damaged after long-term application, so they must be maintained regularly; it is also possible that the safety tubes have been switched off for a long time and can be calibrated immediately;
3. Check the main power switch to see if the automatic washing machine is connected to the power supply. If there is no electricity, please immediately charge the battery of the automatic washing machine; if there is electricity, check whether the rechargeable battery is faulty, and whether there is any problem with the electrode connecting wire of the rechargeable battery. ；

(5) Failure of driving a floor washing car: the floor washing effect is not ideal.
1. The less water in the floor washing vehicle is harmful to the actual effect of washing;
2. The working pressure on the brush plate of the floor washer is not enough, which can increase the working pressure with the road surface;
3. The brush plate of the floor washer is too much damaged, there is no friction with the road, and the actual cleaning effect is poor. If the brush plate is removed or replaced, it should be prompted that the road surface will be damaged if the brush plate is not removed or replaced immediately;
4. There are many dirty things in the brush plate, which are harmful to the road and seriously damage the road.
(6) Fault of safe driving floor washing vehicle: no water for brush plate:
1. The power switch of the drainage pipe is not turned on, so it must be turned on.
2. The water flow in the cold water tank is not enough, so cold water must be introduced.
3. If there is any problem with the relay or water filling motor, it must be removed and replaced.
